Kwasi made his professional boxing debut against Zacky Derouich on October 15, 2018, in the semi-finals of the 2018 Amsterdam Grand Prix. He won the fight by a third-round technical knockout. Later in the day, Kwasi was able to overcome Mohamed Elawil by majority decision to capture the tournament title. Kwasi faced Nasser Bukenya on November 7, 2019, in the semi-finals of the 2019 Amsterdam Grand Prix. He won the fight by a closely contested split decision.
