Carlos de Vasconcelos. (6 September 1883 – 28 July 1928) was a Portuguese politician and journalist, born in Colonial Cape Verde. Vasconcelos was a Minister of Portuguese Colonies under the José Domingues do Santos government from 22 November 1924 to 15 February 1925. He was an alumni at the Escola de Guerra (''War School'') in Lisbon and worked at the customs house for the province of Cape Verde on June 2, 1905 in Fogo.
