Hendrik Graauw Hendrik Graauw (c.1627– 1693) was a Dutch Golden Age painter. Biography Graauw was born in Hoorn. According to Houbraken, he first learned to paint from Pieter de Grebber in Haarlem.Thomas Heeremans. Houbraken also lists two other pupils; Adriaen Warmenhuizen, and Laurens Oosthoorn. The Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum in Madrid owns a Vertumnus and Pomona c. 1637–1640.
