Healthcare fraud case

Brown was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and health care fraud, one count of wire fraud, and one count of health care fraud by the

on December 12, 2019. He initially pleaded not guilty to the charges, but changed his plea to guilty. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison and ordered to pay back $84,777 on June 22, 2020.
