''Brassica hilarionis'' is a hairless

with a basal rosette of roundish, fleshy, flat-stalked leaves. The upper leaves are stalkless and stem-clasping. It has large loose racemes of creamy white flowers, with petals up to 2.5 centimeters long, and narrow beaked pods up to seven centimeters long. It grows up to one meter tall.


Habitat and distribution

''Brassica hilarionis'' is endemic to the Northern Range in Northern Cyprus, from Yayla to Kornos. It inhabits rocky areas and has been recorded growing on limestone cliffs at altitudes of 400-850 meters.
