Bradfute attended A. C. Jones High School, where he was a two-time All-district selection at tackle. Bradfute accepted a scholarship from

. As a junior, he was thrown out of the team for drinking beer. Bradfute finished his senior season at the University of Southern Mississippi.


Professional career

Bradfute was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers in the
