The Bureau International de l'Edition Mécanique (BIEM), also known as Bureau International des Sociétés Gérant les Droits d'Enregistrement et de Reproduction Mécanique, is an organisation coordinating
statutory licence agreements among different countries. It administers
mechanical rights, ensuring payment of
