. It will have a parking space for 1904 cars and 1820 motorcycles. The bus terminus will be developed with 97 bays across two floors: 53 on the lower level and 44 on the upper level. It will have a leasable area of 92,800 square meter, allowing commercial and retail on all the floors. Infrastructure includes an interchange hub for intra-city buses, metro, MRTS and para-transit modes of transport. The corporation expects an occupancy rate of 95 percent.

A multi-level car parking is proposed to be constructed at an area of 30,000 sq m for a total of 5,000 cars and 7,900 two-wheelers.
