History

The Women's team began in July 1990 by Roger Crook, for under-14s when his daughter needed somewhere to compete. It entered the Greater London Women's League in the season 1991/92. In 1995, the team merged with
SmithKline GSK plc, formerly GlaxoSmithKline plc, is a British multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology company with global headquarters in London, England. Established in 2000 by a merger of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham. GSK is the tent ...
Beecham to form Brentford Beechams. In 2005/6 the team merged again, this time with Viking Ladies. In the 2022/23 season, Brentford Women broke the record for a tier six women's game with an attendance of 5,116 at the Gtech Community Stadium, against Watford on 13 November 2022.


First Team

The first team has been managed by Karleigh Osborne since 2018 and the Assistant Manager is Sean Hillier.


B Team

The B Team play in the Greater London Women's Football League Division One North. The head coach is Tommy Ryan-Maynard and Assistant Head Coach is former Bee, Charlotte Tanner.
