, released in 1986. It was the last album co-produced by Richard Calandra, who died of cancer in October 1986. The band produced a music video for the song "Bob Goes to the Store" that was partially shot from the point of view of a roaming dog ("Bob"). ''Breakout'' peaked at No. 1 on the ''Billboard'' magazine Top Jazz Album chart on September 27, 1986 and at No. 71 on the "Billboard 200" pop album chart.
