Biography

Born to Marie-Françoise Le Diouguel de Penanru and Jacques Boudin de Tromelin, Tromelin started his career in the army as a lieutenant in the régiment du Limousin, and taking part in the Siege of Maastricht. Tromelin joined the navy as a
