Beeston Fields is a house which dates back to 1837. It was the home of

in 1921, he sold the house. It was bought by Frederick Mitchell in 1923, who gave over some of the site and the house for Beeston Fields Golf Club. Beeston Fields Drive was created in 1926 when the first plots were advertised for sale. The properties constructed were high value and the street has become one of Nottinghamshire's most expensive streets.
