Overview

The commune was created in December 1972 by merging the villages of Beaumotte-lès-Montbozon and Aubertans. Originally named Beaumotte-lès-Montbozon-et-Aubertans, the commune was renamed Beaumotte-Aubertans in 1977.Official code
