The Young Batkivshchyna is the youth wing of the party. It was established in 2007, has cells in all regions of Ukraine and is a member of the International Union of Young Democrats (since 2009) and the youth of the European People's Party (since 2011). The head of the organization was Sergey Mitrofansky as of September 2021.
