Perth to Mandurah railway.
The suburb has a small commercial centre (located on Parry Avenue) along with some medical and chiropractic facilities.
There are two primary schools: Bateman Primary School; Yidarra Catholic Primary School and a private secondary high school,
Corpus Christi College.
