Kyser-Collier has been involved in the development of gaming casinos by the Quapaw Tribe. In addition, she has served as secretary of the National Tribal Gaming Commissioners/Regulators, and she was the charter chairperson for the Oklahoma Tribal Gaming Regulators Association.
