Bainville is a town in Roosevelt County, Montana, United States. The population was 271 at the 2020 census. It is named for Charles M. Bain, an early resident and the town's first postmaster. Bainville celebrated its centennial on July 4, 2006.

The average household size was 2.13 and the average family size was 2.82. In the town, the population was spread out, with 19.6% under the age of 18, 5.9% from 18 to 24, 19.6% from 25 to 44, 28.1% from 45 to 64, and 26.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
