Description

The straw-coloured to bright green thallus of ''Bacidina mendax'' ranges from "inconspicuous to distinct". It comprises tiny granules aggregated together to form a thin, uneven, scaly crust. The photobiont partner of the lichen is chlorococcoid (i.e.,
