in Sofia. In 2002 the men's and women's basketball teams were disbanded due to financial difficulties. In 2014 teams was restored and 5 years later girls and boys from Lokomotiv are one of the best teams in U12, U13, U14 divisions. In 2020 the men's basketball team was restored.

History

In 1967 Lokomotiv achieved one of the biggest international victory in Bulgarian basketball by defeating a three-digit score Real (Madrid).
