The company was established in 16 February 1974 in Jakarta, Indonesia as CV Central Foods Industrial Corporation (abbreviated as Central Foods), then in 1982, it was renamed into PT Aneka Bina Cipta Central Food Industry, which abbreviated as ABC Foods.
