Jackson started his college career with McLennan Community College in 2014 before transferring to

in 2016. In 2017 he was named the Missouri Valley Conference's Sixth Man of the Year. In 2018, he made it to the Final Four of the NCAA tournament.

Club career

In July 2018, Jackson signed with Skallagrímur of the Úrvalsdeild karla. In 22 league games for Skallagrímur, he averaged 19.9 points and 8.3 rebounds.
