Early life and education

Muhamediuly was born in the village of Tuzdybastau in

Career

Muhamediuly began his career in 1984 as a philharmonic artist in the Jambyl Kazakh State Philharmonic. In 1991, he became a chief specialist in the

where he served as an assistant from 1993. In 1994, Muhamediuly became the director of the Gulder Sate Ensemble. From 1997 to 2001, he served as the head of the Presidential Orchestra before becoming the General Director of the Directorate of Republican and International Cultural Programs. From 2005, Muhamediuly was the President of the Joint Stock Company Kazakh Kuenderі until he was appointed as a Vice Minister of Culture and Information in April 2006. In March 2007, he became the chief inspector of the Domestic Policy Sector of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From February to April 2008, Muhamediuly served as the head of the Sector of the Internal Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan before becoming the rector of the

Muhamediuly is married to Nalia Iskakova and has two sons and one daughter. On 5 January 2020, his mother, Kulimkan Tulendieva, died.
