Aracuri-Esmeralda Ecological Station ( pt, Estação Ecológica de Aracuri-Esmeralda) is an ecological station in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. It is in the Atlantic Forest biome.


Location

The ecological station in the Atlantic Forest biome, which covers , was created on 2 June 1981 by Federal Decree No. 86 061. It is administered by the

Environment

Annual rainfall is . Temperatures range from with an average of . Altitude ranges from . The land surface is broken, with steep slopes. The ESEC has a small sample of the vegetation of the region.
