Anurager Chhowa

''Anurager Chhowa'' is an Indian Bengali language drama television series which premiered on 7 February 2022 on Bengali entertainment channel Star Jalsha. This show is produced under the banner of ''Shree Venkatesh Films'' starring Dibyojyoti Dutta and Swastika Ghosh in the lead roles. It is an official remake of the Malayalam show ''Karuthamuthu.''

Premise

Deepa is a kind-hearted, dusky young woman who is ill-treated by her stepmother and prettier step-sister, Urmi. When Surya, a doctor hailing from an affluent family chooses Deepa over Urmi for marriage, the latter vows to take revenge. Life gets tougher for Deepa as Surya's mother refuses to accept a dark-skinned girl as her daughter-in-law.urmi manipulates joy and gets married to him . Deepa seeks for a baby which makes sourjoy sad and decides to do the treatment .labonyo hates Deepa and blames her for everything .mishika a old college friend of sourjoy returns with an ambition of gaining sourjoy love.labonoy accept Deepa. Urmi is pregnant. Urmi faces a miscarriage n Deepa pregnant.sorjoy doubts Deepa having an affair with Kabir and is more highlight by mishika making sourjoy doubt Deepa more. Sourjoy blames Deepa for being charchater less n Deepa moves out .Deepa finds difficult to find shelter .Deepa delivery twins girls Sona n roopa. labonyo keeps one and seeks sourjoy to adopt her . The story takes a leap of 5 yrs . Sona lives with sourjoy n roopa with her mother .
