Angel Penchev ( bg, Ангел Пенчев) is a
Bulgarian psycho-neurologist and morphologist, director of the mental-psychiatric clinic at the Sofia Faculty of Medicine. He fled Bulgaria after the
Soviet Union invaded in 1944.
