Early life and education

Milović graduated from the Faculty of State and European Studies (FDES, Podgorica) and specialized in European Studies at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Montenegro. He also graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of the Mediterranean, and specialized in the field of Judiciary at the

He spent part of his childhood in Portugal, on the island of Madeira, where his mother played professional handball. Throughout his career, Milović worked as a lawyer at the renowned law firm "Prelević," representing and advising foreign clients in the areas of business, administrative and property law, with a special focus on foreign investments in real estate, economic citizenship, and innovative activities, with a focus on blockchain technology. He started his professional career at Project-Consulting d.o.o. Podgorica, a company founded by the

Political career

In the 42nd Government, he served as the State Secretary of the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights, and was a member of the Prosecutorial Council of Montenegro. He became the State Secretary from the position of the Director of the Directorate for Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies at the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare of the Government of Montenegro. In August 2022, he joined the " Europe Now!" Movement (PES) and became a member of the movement's Presidency, later appointed as the President of the Legal Council of PES. He joined the " Europe Now!" Movement with the intention to contribute significantly to the political fight for strengthening the rule of law, reforming the judicial system and eradicating corruption among the holders of judicial functions. Since the beginning of his political engagement in PES, Milović has been recognized as one of the most promising politicians in Montenegro and one of the most well-known members. He is the main author of one of the two pillars of PES's policy, the "Justice Now" program, which implies deep and decisive reforms of the Montenegrin judiciary.
