Biography

Amy Conroy was born on 22 October 1992. When she was young, she was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a common bone cancer that runs in her family. Chemotherapy failed to arrest the cancer and she had to have her left leg amputated. Conroy tried wheelchair basketball and found that she enjoyed the speed and aggression of the sport. A
