Religion

The population of the Alpin village has been practicing Islam for a long time, and the village mosque is used during religious ceremonies. The Alpine mosque was built in 1806 by the master Pirgulu with the participation of the rural community under the leadership of Ibrahim Bey. The village mosque, built in 1814 to perform religious rites, was used for religious purposes until the early years of the USSR. However, in the following years, the village mosque was used for 70 years as a granary of a collective farm and a state farm. Currently, the village mosque is no longer a grain storage place.
