Setiawan started his professional career in 2015 with Liga 2 (Indonesia), Liga 2 club Martapura F.C., Martapura, which was renamed in 2021 to Dewa United after an acquisition. At Martapura, which was based in South Kalimantan province, Setiawan played in 42 matches and scored 12 goals.Barito Putera
