The 2022 Toronto International Film Festival, the 47th event in the
Toronto International Film Festival series, is scheduled to be held from September 8 to 18, 2022.
Festival organizers have indicated that the 2022 festival will be staged primarily in-person; a small selection of films may still be offered on the Digital TIFF Bell Lightbox platform, but this is expected to represent a much smaller proportion of the overall lineup than in 2020 and 2021.
