The 2024–25 Danish 2nd Division is the 34rd season of the
Danish 2nd Division since its establishment in 1991. The season starts on 2 August 2024 with a group of twelve teams.
After 22 rounds the group will be split in a promotion group and a relegation group. The top two teams of the promotion group will be promoted to the
