's knockout football competition. Matches in all rounds are single-legged, except for the semi-finals, which have been two-legged since the competition began. The semi-finals were the exception to this when the away goals rule and penalties were introduced. It was sponsored by BG Container Glass (BGC) and Muang Thai Insurance (MTI), and known as the BGC Muang Thai Insurance Cup () for sponsorship purposes. 58 clubs in the 2023–24 Thai League 3 were accepted into the tournament, and it began with the first qualification round on 27 September 2023 and concluded with the final on 3 March 2024. The prize money for this prestigious award is said to be around 3 million baht and the runners-up will be netting 1 million baht.

First qualification round
