Teams

Twelve teams are competing in the league – the top ten teams from the previous season and the two promoted from each of the second-level leagues. The promoted teams are GOŠK Gabela and Zvijezda 09, who returned to the top flight after respective absences of four and three years. They replaced Leotar and Sloboda Tuzla, who were relegated after respective spells of two and nine years in the top flight.
