2021–22 Kerala Premier League

The 2021–22 Kerala Premier League season was the ninth season of the Kerala Premier League. The season featured 24 teams and was played on multiple venues. This season Kerala Football Association decided to add 12 more participants into the league.

Winners received 5 lakhs and Runners up received 3 lakhs Rupees after the KPL Finale.

Promotion

KFA will nominate best 2 clubs to I League 2nd Division 2. Out of 2 clubs, 1 club will be selected to play in the league, which will be decided by the certain pre requisites from AIFF. The club who got selected in I-League 2nd Division can fight and find a way to I League. From 2024 onwards I-League will be having promotion-relegation relation with ISL.
