Rosters

Each team's roster for the 2012 FIRS Senior Men's Inline Hockey World Championships consisted of at least 6 skaters ( forwards, and
defencemen Defence or defense (in American English) in ice hockey is a player position that is primarily responsible for preventing the opposing team from scoring. They are often referred to as defencemen, D, D-men or blueliners (the latter a reference to ...
) and 2 goaltenders, and at most 14 skaters and 2 goaltenders. All sixteen participating nations, through the confirmation of their respective national associations, had to submit a roster prior to the event.
