. Contrary to the league season, the competition has been conducted in a fall-spring rhythm. The first games were played on 2 July 2006 and the final on 27 May 2007. Dinamo Brest won the Cup.

15 teams from the Second League (out of 17, excluding two teams which were reserve squads for Premier and First League teams), 10 teams from the First League (out of 14) and 3 amateur clubs started in this round.
