The 1923–24 Michigan Wolverines men's basketball team represented the University of Michigan in intercollegiate basketball during the 1923–24 season. The team compiled a record of 10–7, and 6–5 against Big Ten Conference opponents. Michigan finished fifth in the Big Ten. Ohio State won the Big ten championship with a record of 10–1, the only loss being a 39–29 game against Michigan.
