Balçiçek İlter, formerly also known as Balçiçek Pamir (born June 16, 1973, İstanbul), is a Turkish journalist, columnist and television presenter. Early years She studied psychology at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara after finishing the French Lycée Notre Dame de Sion Istanbul. At the age of 17, Balçiçek İlter started to write at the Turkish edition of ''Cosmopolitan'' magazine promoted by Ercan Arıklı, a prominent journalist. Still in high school, she wrote for the political magazine ''Aktuel''. During her university years, she continued to write at ''Aktuels Ankara office. She gained wide experience in journalism during this time and after her transfer to the Ankara office of ''Sabah'' newspaper. İlter Türkmen (born 8 November 1927) is a Turkish people, Turkish diplomat and politician. Early life Son of Behçet Türkmen (1899–1968), who between 1953 and 1957 was the director of the Turkish National Security Service (Turkey), National Security Service (MAH). Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva in 1983, 1985, Permanent Representative of Turkey to the United Nations in New York, in 1988, he served as Ambassador to Paris and retired in 1991. Ilter Tashkin, also spelled as Taşkın İlter, (born on 5 July 1994 in Berlin) is a professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Turkish club Eyüpspor. Born in Germany, he represents the Azerbaijan national team. Career After playing for various youth teams in his hometown of Berlin, Tashkin joined the U19 side of Eintracht Braunschweig during the winter break of the 2012–13 season. For the 2013–14 season he was promoted to the club's reserve side in the Regionalliga Nord. In 2015, he transferred to TSG Neustrelitz in the Regionalliga Nordost. In July 2016, Tashkin joined Denizlispor. Ilterish Qaghan ( otk, 𐰃𐰠𐱅𐰼𐰾:𐰴𐰍𐰣, Elteris qaγan, zh, 頡跌利施可汗/颉跌利施可汗 ''Xiédiēlìshīkěhàn''; personal name: Ashina Qutlugh, 阿史那骨篤祿/阿史那骨笃禄, ''āshǐnà gǔdǔlù'', a-shih-na ku-tu-lu, d. 692) was the founder of the Second Turkic Khaganate (reigning 682–692). He was a chieftain of Tujue in 650 inside Chanyu territory (near modern Tsetserleg, Mongolia). His father and grandfather served as tuduns. Reign After the defeat of Ashina Funian, Ilterish left for the Mongolian steppe, where he raised an army of 17 generals and 5,000 men. He started with an attack on Huige in 681.
