Đeneral Janković
Hani i Elezit or Elez Han ( sq-definite, Han i Elezit or ''Hani i Elezit''; sr, Ђенерал Јанковић, ''Đeneral Janković''; officially Елез Хан, ''Elez Han'') is a town and municipality located in the Ferizaj District of Kosovo. According to the 2011 census, the town of Elez Han has 2,533 inhabitants, while the municipality has 9,403 inhabitants. It is one of the new formed municipalities formed in September 2005. It was previously part of the Kaçanik municipality. The town is located in the south-eastern part of Kosovo. The municipality covers an area of . It borders Kaçanik municipality to the north and with North Macedonia, the municipalities of Jegunovce (west), Čučer-Sandevo (east), Saraj and Gjorče Petrov (south). Saraj Municipality
Saraj ( mk, , sq, Saraj) is one of the ten municipalities that make up the city of Skopje, the capital of the Republic of North Macedonia. * '' Saraj'', which means "palace" in Turkish, is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. ** It is a rural municipality and it is not part of the urban core of Skopje proper. The Albanians of Kosovo ( sq, Shqiptarët e Kosovës, ), also commonly called Kosovo Albanians, Kosovar/Kosovan Albanians or Kosovars/Kosovans, constitute the largest ethnic group in Kosovo. Bosniaks In Kosovo
Bosniaks are a Slavic Muslim ethnic group living in Kosovo, numbering 27,553 according to the 2011 census. Because this census was boycotted by most Kosovo Serbs, leaving the Serb population underrepresented, Bosniaks were recorded as being the second-largest ethnic group in Kosovo, after the Kosovo Albanians. Božidar Janković
Božidar Janković ( sr-Cyrl, Божидар Јанковић; 7 December 1849 – 7 July 1920) was a Serbian army general commander of the Serbian Third Army during the First Balkan War between the Balkan League and the Ottoman Empire. In 1901 he served as Minister of the Army and Navy in the Ministry of Defence. Biography He graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff School. He became State Secretary of Military Matters of Serbia in 1902. As President of the National Defence, he participated in the Chetnik fighting for Macedonia. In World War I he was the Chief of Staff of the Montenegrin Supreme Command until June 1915 and a delegate of the Serbian Supreme Command at the Montenegrin Supreme Command. Janković died on 7 July 1920 in the town of Herceg Novi. The town of Elez Han in Kosovo was named 'Đeneral Janković' after him. His son Milojko B.
