Dvorna in Državna Tiskarna, p. 25.) is a village in the Municipality of Kamnik in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia. Name The name of the settlement was changed from ''Prapretno-Sv. Primož'' (literally, 'Prapretno–Saint Primus') to ''Črna pri Kamniku'' (literally, 'black (village) near Kamnik') in 1955. The name was changed on the basis of the 1948 Law on Names of Settlements and Designations of Squares, Streets, and Buildings as part of efforts by Slovenia's postwar communist government to remove religious elements from toponyms. In the past the German name was ''Tscherna''. History The area used to be known for its kaolin mine, which operated between 1856 and 1990.
