Ángel Sánchez Martín (born 15 January 1982) is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a left-back, currently a manager. Playing career Born in Béjar, Province of Salamanca, Sánchez amassed Segunda División totals of 296 matches and four goals over 12 seasons, representing in the competition Deportivo Alavés, Ciudad de Murcia, Levante UD and AD Alcorcón. His best output occurred in 2010–11, when he scored twice in 36 appearances to help the latter team finish ninth in their first-ever experience at that level. On 11 July 2015, the 33-year-old Sánchez returned to both his native region and Segunda División B, signing a two-year contract with CD Guijuelo. Coaching career Sánchez retired in May 2017, and immediately joined his last club's staff. Ángel Sánchez Baró (born 28 July 1997) is a Spanish footballer who plays as a winger for San Fernando CD. Football career Born in Palma, Majorca, Balearic Islands, Sánchez was a RCD Mallorca youth graduate. He made his senior debut with the reserves on 21 April 2014, coming on as a late substitute for Brandon in a 3–1 Tercera División away win against CD Atlético Rafal. On 19 December 2015 Sánchez scored his first senior goals, as well as his first hat-trick, netting four times in a 5–1 home routing of SCR Peña Deportiva. He contributed with 19 appearances and five goals during the campaign, as his side achieved promotion to the Segunda División B. Ángel Luis Sánchez (born September 20, 1983) is a Puerto Rico, Puerto Rican coach in Minor League Baseball, and a former professional baseball shortstop who played in Major League Baseball for the Kansas City Royals, Boston Red Sox, Houston Astros and Chicago White Sox. Playing career At the age of 15, Sánchez was drafted by the Florida Marlins in the 12th round (356th overall) of the 1999 Major League Baseball Draft. Ángel Luis Sánchez (born November 28, 1989) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher in the San Diego Padres organization.
