ﾃ］gel Iturriaga Barco ( Logroﾃｱo, 1974) is a Spanish writer and historian, professor in Universidad Internacional de La Rioja (UNIR). He is a doctor in contemporary history with a thesis named "El poder polﾃｭtico y social en la historia del FC Barcelona". He is the author of several football history books. Among them are the ''Diccionario de jugadores del FC Barcelona'' (2010), the ''Diccionario de tﾃｩcnicos y directivos del FC Barcelona'' (2011) and the ''Diccionario de jugadores de la selecciﾃｳn espaﾃｱola de fﾃｺtbol'' (2013). Logroﾃｱo
Logroﾃｱo () is the capital of the province of La Rioja, situated in northern Spain. Traversed in its northern part by the Ebro River, Logroﾃｱo has historically been a place of passage, such as the Camino de Santiago. Its borders were disputed between the Iberian kingdoms of Castille, Navarre and Aragon during the Middle Ages. The population of the city in 2021 was 150,808 while the metropolitan area included nearly 200,000 inhabitants. The city is a centre of trade of Rioja wine, for which the area is noted, and manufacturing of wood, metal and textile products. Etymology Origin of the name The origin of this toponym is, as for many other places, unknown. The International University of La Rioja (UNIR) is a private open university in Spain focused on online education, based in Logroﾃｱo, La Rioja. Also has presence in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. In December 2019, the institution had more than 45,000 distance learning external students, 12,000 of them overseas students. Paulino Alcﾃ｡ntara
Paulino Alcﾃ｡ntara Riestrﾃ｡ (7 October 1896 窶 13 February 1964) was a football player and manager who played as a forward. Born in the Philippines, he spent most of his playing career at Barcelona, and also represented Catalonia, the Philippines and Spain internationally. Alcﾃ｡ntara made his debut for Barcelona at the age of 15, and remains the youngest player to play or score for the club. He scored 395 goals in 399 official and friendly matches, a club record that stood for 87 years. After retiring as a player in 1927 at the age of 31, he became a doctor.
