テ]gel L. Bulerテュn Ramos (born March 19, 1949, in Fajardo, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rican politician. He has been a member of the Puerto Rico House of Representatives since 1992. Early years and studies Bulerテュn Ramos was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. He has three siblings. Bulerテュn completed his elementary and high school studies in Rテュo Grande. He then obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a major in Accounting and Finances from the University of Puerto Rico. Public service career In 1968, Bulerテュn began working at the Personnel Office of the Government of Puerto Rico, specifically in the Retirement Division. After that, he worked in the Department of Employment (1969-1975) and the Health Department (1977-1984). Political career From January 1977 to December 1984, Bulerテュn served as a member of the Municipal Legislature of Rテュo Grande, where he presided over the Treasury Commission. The House of Representatives of Puerto Rico ( es, Cテ。mara de Representantes de Puerto Rico) is the lower house of the Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico, the bicameral territorial legislature of Puerto Rico. The House, together with the Senate, control the legislative branch of the government of Puerto Rico. The structure and responsibilities of the House are defined in Article III of the Constitution of Puerto Rico, which vests all legislative power in the Legislative Assembly. Every bill must be passed by the Senate and by the House, and signed by the governor in order to become law. The House has exclusive power to initiate impeachments and bring an indictment.
