History and description In 1988, Bob Truax and Dan Stock began brainstorming a new kind of shorts for the heavy-lifting man. The pair developed a comfortably baggy pair of shorts with an elastic waistband. Zubaz was registered as a trademark in 1989. Initially, they were marketed as a comfortable, functional pair of shorts for weightlifting. Michael Hegstrand, Joseph Laurinaitis and manager Paul Ellering used their professional wrestling personae as The Road Warriors to help popularize the pants in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Joseph Michael Laurinaitis (September 12, 1960 – September 22, 2020), better known by his ring name Road Warrior Animal (or simply Animal), was an American professional wrestler. Along with Road Warrior Hawk, he was one half of the tag team The Road Warriors/The Legion of Doom. He headlined multiple pay-per-view events for the WWF and WCW, competing for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship at 2001's Sin. The New Orleans Night were an Arena Football League (AFL) team that competed in the 1991 and 1992 AFL seasons and were based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The team was officially announced at a press conference on March 18, 1991. On April 9, the name Night was unveiled as was Eddie Khayat, former head coach of the Nashville Kats, as head coach. Western New York
Western New York (WNY) is the westernmost region of the U.S. state of New York. The eastern boundary of the region is not consistently defined by state agencies or those who call themselves "Western New Yorkers". Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls is an outlet mall serving Niagara Falls, New York. History In 1982, the outlet mall opened in a former King's discount store. An extensive 1995 expansion added sixty stores, including a Saks Fifth Avenue outlet store called Off Fifth. In 1997, the mall was acquired by Prime Retail (now part of The Lightstone Group) for $89 million.
