Ferenc Polikárp Zakar
Ferenc Polikárp Zakar Ocist. (8 June 1930 – 17 September 2012) was a Hungarian abbot of the Cistercians of Common Observance. Between 1985-1995 he was in office as 80the General Abbot, and was succeeded by Maurus Esteva Alsina. Zakar was born in Zmajevo, Yugoslavia. He served as abbot of Zirc Abbey from 1996 to 2010. Zakar Zakarian ( hy, Զաքար Զաքարյան; 1849 - 7 August 1923) was a French painter of Armenian descent. Biography Born in Constantinople, Ottoman Empire, Zakarian received his primary education at a local school. In 1867 he emigrated to Paris to study medicine. After finishing Collège Sainte-Barbe's medical institution, he worked in hospitals. In the 1870s he became a known painter and master of still lifes. Zakarian participated in international exhibitions, was awarded gold medals in 1889 and 1900 and Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur in 1899. He was considered a new Chardin, "without being a Chardin".Macler F. St Valentines Massacre (SVM) is an American metalcore band from Tampa, Florida, formed in 2005. The band consists of lead vocalist Tony Rodriguez, guitarist/vocalist Paul Zakar, bassist Alan Olshefski, lead guitarist Tyler Martin, and percussionist Andre Canale. Since their formation, SVM has issued three indie EP releases: ''Of Heroes and Gods'', ''Beneath Crimson Skies'', and ''The Eulogy Sessions''. In January 2007, they won the Rock Solid Pressure industry showcase, as well as placing at Emergenza and other events. The band played the Ernie Ball stage as part of the 2007 Warped Tour, and went on their own national tour in 2009. Zakar-Baal
The Story of Wenamun (alternately known as the Report of Wenamun, The Misadventures of Wenamun, Voyage of Unamūn, or nformallyas just Wenamun) is a literary text written in hieratic in the Late Egyptian language. It is only known from one incomplete copy discovered in 1890 at al-Hibah, Egypt, and subsequently purchased in 1891 in Cairo by the Russian Egyptologist Vladimir Goleniščev. It was found in a jar together with the Onomasticon of Amenope and the Tale of Woe. The papyrus is now in the collection of the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, Moscow, and officially designated as ''Papyrus Pushkin 120''. The hieratic text was published by Korostovcev 1960, and the hieroglyphic text was published by Gardiner 1932 (as well as on-line). Discovery The two-page papyrus is unprovenanced.
