Marilyn Monroe wore a white dress in the 1955 film ''The Seven Year Itch'', directed by Billy Wilder. It was created by costume designer William Travilla and worn in the movie's best-known scene. Rotten Tomatoes is an American review-aggregation website for film and television. The company was launched in August 1998 by three undergraduate students at the University of California, Berkeley: Senh Duong, Patrick Y. Lee, and Stephen Wang. Halterneck is a style of women's clothing strap that runs from the front of the garment around the back of the neck, generally leaving the upper back uncovered. The name comes from livestock halters.
