テ四e-Tudy (; ) is a commune in the Finistティre department of Brittany in northwestern France. Population Inhabitants of テ四e-Tudy are called in French ''テ四iens''. History The United States Navy established a naval air station on 14 March 1918 to operate seaplanes during World War I. The base closed shortly after the First Armistice at Compiティgne. Tudy Of Landevennec
Tudy (Tudi, Tudec, Tudinus, Tegwin, Thetgo, Tydie) of Landevennec was a Breton saint of the 5th or 6th century. He was a hermit who founded monasteries at Landテゥvennec in Brittany, France and in Cornwall, England. The village of St Tudy in Cornwall is named for him. He may have been a disciple of Saint Maudez (Maudet, Mawes), after whom St Mawes is named. His companions may have included Saint Corentinus and Saint Brioc. テ四e-Tudy, on the mouth of the Odet, is named after him. Tudy is venerated in the Catholic Church and in the Eastern Orthodox Church; his feast day is observed on 9 May or on 11 May.Tudy (Tudinus, Tegwin, Thetgo)
