The Reunion Show
The Reunion Show was a pop-punk American band from Long Island, New York. They released one album on Victory Records before three members of the group moved on to form Action Action. History The group formed from members of Step Lively, the Waiting Process, and Edna's Goldfish in 2000, and soon after began touring the United States. The band toured with Taking Back Sunday before they were signed with Victory Records. In the summer of 2003 guitarist Sherman and bassist Diaz left the group and were replaced by two former members of Count the Stars, Adam Manning and Clarke Foley. However, the lineup did not last long; the group broke up and three members went on to form the Victory Records band Action Action. Pop punk (or punk pop) is a rock music genre that combines elements of punk rock with power pop or pop. Victory Records is a Chicago-based record label founded by Tony Brummel. It operates a music publishing company called "Another Victory, Inc." and is the distributor of several record labels. It has featured many prominent artists including Thursday, Hawthorne Heights, Silverstein, Taking Back Sunday, Bayside, Streetlight Manifesto, and A Day to Remember. In September 2019, years after buying part of the label's catalogue, Concord bought Victory Records and Another Victory for $30 million. Edna's Goldfish
Edna's Goldfish was an American ska punk band from Long Island, New York. Together from 1997 to 2000, their studio albums include ''Before You Knew Better'' (1998) and ''The Elements of Transition'' (1999), both released on Moon Ska Records. The video for their song "Veronica Sawyer" received some airplay on the MTV show '' 120 Minutes''. The band toured with bands such as The Toasters, Catch 22, Mustard Plug, Reel Big Fish, and Less Than Jake. After their 2000 tour with Rx Bandits and The Gadjits, the band decided to split in order to pursue other interests. Singer Brian Diaz went on to form The Reunion Show with ex-members of Step Lively and The Lightweights. Trombonist Ian McKenzie continued to play with Catch 22. Sainthood Reps is an American indie rock band from Long Island, New York, formed in 2009. Their debut album, ''Monoculture'', was released on Tooth & Nail Records in the summer of 2011 and was produced by Mike Sapone. The band released their second album, ''Headswell'', in October 2013 through No Sleep Records.
