The Divas Of Doom
Natalya and Beth Phoenix, also known as The Divas of Doom, is a professional wrestling tag team in WWE on the Raw brand. Phoenix and Natalya first began teaming together when the latter was Divas Champion and was feuding with LayCool in late September 2010. In August 2011, both women turned villainous, or heel, and developed the character of anti-Divas, who were violently opposed to the acceptance of "cute", "perky", "Barbie doll" women in the company. Their slogan of "Pin-Up Strong" was also the name of their submission maneuver. Natalya Neidhart
Natalie Katherine Neidhart-Wilson (born May 27, 1982) is a Canadian-American professional wrestler and columnist. She is currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name Natalya. She is a two-time women's world champion, having won the Divas Championship and SmackDown Women's Championship once each. She was also a one-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with Tamina. She is a third generation professional wrestler, and is also the daughter of Hart Foundation member and Hall of Famer Jim Neidhart. Neidhart is a member of the Hart wrestling family through her mother. She trained in the Hart family Dungeon under the tutelage of her uncles Ross and Bruce Hart. Layla El (born 25 June 1977) is an English real estate agent and retired professional wrestler, dancer and model. She is best known for her tenure with WWE from 2006 to 2015, where she performed under the mononymous ring name Layla. She danced for Carnival Cruise Lines, the Miami Heat franchise of the National Basketball Association, and Kanye West during his performance at the MTV Video Music Awards before becoming a contestant on the 2006 edition of WWE's ''Diva Search'', which she won to earn a contract with the company. The 2011 Night of Champions was the fifth annual Night of Champions professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It took place on September 18, 2011, at the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, New York. It was WWE's first PPV event to be held following the dissolution of the original brand extension. The concept of the show was that every championship in the company at the time was defended. Eight matches took place at the event, seven of which were broadcast live on pay-per-view. Celeste Beryl Bonin (born October 7, 1986) is an American entrepreneur, bodybuilder, model, and professional wrestler. She is best known for her time in WWE from 2010 to 2014 and 2018 to 2019, under the ring name Kaitlyn, where she is a former WWE Divas Champion. At present, she is the current Slamforce Women's Champion under her real name. Bonin started her career as a body fitness model. In 2007, she won the National Physique Committee (NPC) John Sherman Classic Bodybuilding Figure and Fitness Championship and came in fifth at the Arnold Classic in the NPC Figure Class D competition. The 2011 SummerSlam was the 24th annual SummerSlam professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by WWE. It was held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The event took place on August 14, 2011, at Staples Center in Los Angeles, California for the third consecutive year. It was the final WWE pay-per-view event held before the dissolution of the original brand extension, which was introduced in March 2002, although the brand split would be reintroduced in July 2016. Barbara Blank Coba (born Barbara Jean Blank; January 15, 1987), known professionally as Barbie Blank and by her ring name Kelly Kelly, is an American professional wrestler and model. In professional wrestling, a battle royal (sometimes battle royale; plural battles royal or battle royals) is a multi-competitor match type in which wrestlers are eliminated until one is left and declared the winner. Typical battles royal begin with a number of participants in the ring, who are then eliminated by going over the top rope and having both feet touch the venue floor. Variations Battlebowl In a two-ring variation on a battle royal, the wrestlers start in one ring and try to throw wrestlers into the second ring, after which they can be eliminated by being thrown out of that ring. The 2011 Royal Rumble was the 24th annual Royal Rumble professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). It was held for wrestlers from the promotion's Raw and SmackDown brand divisions. The event took place on January 30, 2011, at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.
