''Tangsuyuk'' () is a Korean Chinese meat dish with sweet and sour sauce. It can be made with either pork or beef. History ''Tangsuyuk'' is a dish that was first made by Chinese merchants in the port city of Incheon, where the majority of the ethnic Chinese population in contemporary South Korea live. Incheon Chinatown (; zh, 仁川唐人街) is a Chinatown in Jung District, Incheon, South Korea. It is the only official Chinatown on the Korean peninsula, and one of the earliest, having formed in 1884.
